Role Overview

The Community & Product Growth Intern will support the Product Team in driving early-stage community engagement and internal product marketing initiatives. The role focuses on seeding meaningful discussions, creating engaging content, supporting user activation, and assisting the product team in gathering insights that help improve user experience and product adoption.

This role offers hands-on exposure to product development, community growth, and digital engagement strategies, making it ideal for candidates interested in product management, community operations, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage community discussions and encourage user engagement

• Create and seed engaging posts, questions, and conversations

• Monitor community activities to maintain a positive environment

• Support onboarding and guide users through community features

• Create content for social media, community updates, and in-app engagement

• Assist in internal product marketing and user awareness initiatives

• Collect and analyze user feedback, behavior patterns, and engagement insights

• Support product testing, usability observation, and engagement reporting

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Undergraduate student or recent graduate from relevant fields

• Familiar with social media and online communities

• Interested in digital products and community growth

• Basic skills in content writing or simple design tools

• Curious about startups, product development, and digital platforms
