Job Overview

As an Intern – Farmer Financing Operations, you will work closely with our Farmer Financing Operations (FFO) team to understand and improve the end-to-end customer journey for farmers. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills in customer experience (CX), research, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to meaningful initiatives in Bangladesh's agri-fintech ecosystem.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in mapping the end-to-end customer journey for farmers across the agricultural value chain.

• Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and field observations to understand customer needs, pain points, and expectations.

• Analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.

• Support the planning and execution of customer engagement initiatives.

• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Business Development, and Field Teams to improve the customer experience.

• Prepare customer journey maps, process documentation, presentations, and reports.

• Monitor customer engagement metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement activities.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

What We’re Looking For: 

• Final-year undergraduate student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Agricultural Economics, Development Studies, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Interest in agriculture, rural development, fintech, or customer experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data analysis.

• Basic understanding of Customer Experience (CX) or customer journey mapping.

• Familiarity with survey tools and data visualization is an added advantage.
