Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Intern, People & Culture. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Human Resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee documentation and HR records

  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities

  • Assist in contract renewal tracking and HR filing systems 

  • Schedule and confirm interview appointments with candidates

  • Support CV screening and maintain recruitment databases

  • Assist in HRIS updates and employee data entry

  • Support database management and reporting tasks

  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communication

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Internship opportunities are available for students who have completed all courses except their internship or recent graduates in HRM, Business Administration, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of HR functions will be an advantage
