Role Overview
iFarmer is looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the full lifecycle of our digital products. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with business acumen and hands-on product management experience. You will translate business objectives into clear product strategies, drive cross-functional execution, and continuously optimize product performance through actionable data insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap aligned with business and revenue goals.

• Translate strategic objectives into structured PRDs, user stories, and execution plans.

• Define, monitor, and optimize product KPIs (conversion, retention, GMV, margin, etc.)

• Lead product discovery through user research, data analysis, and experimentation.

• Analyze user funnels, behavioral metrics, and performance dashboards.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business teams.

• Manage sprint planning, backlog, and release cycles with discipline.

• Conduct post-launch analysis and continuously improve product features.
  
  Required Skills & Qualifications
  
  

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

• Experience: 3–5 years in Product Management; experience in startups or high-growth companies preferred.

• Technical Skills: Metabase, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Power BI, Microsoft Clarity, Jira, Figma; ability to interpret SQL-based dashboards.

• Other Attributes: Customer-obsessed, data-driven, excellent communicator, and adaptable to fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
