Role Overview

The Regional Coordinator will serve as the key liaison between field teams, operations, and management to ensure the efficient execution of farmer onboarding, loan disbursement, project implementation, repayment collection, and reporting activities. This role requires strong coordination, monitoring, and analytical skills to ensure operational targets are achieved, processes are followed, and risks are proactively identified and managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily field team performance, target achievements, and farmer registration accuracy with timely system updates.

• Coordinate demand generation activities, validate demand mapping across products and regions, and support monthly forecast preparation.

• Manage farmer financing lists, verify eligibility, and oversee collection and validation of required financing documents.

• Liaise with field officers and banking partners to facilitate account opening, loan disbursement, and service fee reconciliation.

• Maintain accurate and timely ERP updates with daily financing, repayment, and operational data.

• Support project setup, track milestones, monitor progress, and escalate bottlenecks while assisting in buyback and strategic project execution.

• Coordinate input requirements, resource allocation, and risk mitigation across all ongoing and new projects.

• Support recovery planning, monitor field-level execution, and ensure daily repayment collections are completed and reconciled.

• Coordinate account settlements, resolve discrepancies with field teams, and proactively identify and escalate operational risks.

• Prepare, validate, and share daily and periodic financial and operational reports with senior management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong coordination and communication skills with field teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Good understanding of financing, loan disbursement, repayment, and recovery processes.

• Experience with data management, reporting, and ERP or financial management systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

• High level of accountability and ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Knowledge of agricultural value chains will be considered an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Agriculture, or a related discipline.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in coordination, field operations, financial services, or related functions.

• Experience in microfinance, agricultural finance, or project management will be preferred.
