Job Overview

This position is based at the Head Office, with 60% field-based work involving regular work from field offices and 40% work at the Head Office.

The Regional HR Coordinator will support field-level HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, attendance, documentation, and employee engagement. The role will work closely with field teams and managers, conduct regular field visits, identify HR issues, maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Field Recruitment & Onboarding: Support local sourcing, CV screening, interviews, selection, documentation, and joining of field employees.

  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Address field-level employee concerns, support engagement initiatives, conduct regular field visits, and share employee feedback with HR.

  • Field HR Operations: Monitor attendance, leave, contracts, employee records, and provide accurate inputs for payroll and HR processes.

  • Disciplinary & Investigation Support: Collect facts, coordinate investigations, maintain documentation, and submit findings to the HR team.

  • Policy & Compliance: Communicate HR policies, support field-level implementation, monitor compliance, and coordinate policy-related matters with HR.

  • HR Reporting & Data Management: Maintain HR trackers and records, prepare regular reports, and highlight key HR issues, trends, and gaps.

  • Business & Manpower Coordination: Support field managers on HR matters, coordinate with operations, and communicate manpower requirements to the HR team.

  • Field Visit Planning: Prepare monthly field visit plans, assess HR practices and employee concerns, document findings, and follow up on corrective actions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in field HR, HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations.

  • Hands-on experience in field recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

  • Good understanding of HR policies, labour laws, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations practices.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with field employees and managers.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining HR trackers, preparing reports, and analyzing HR data.

  • Strong documentation, reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to conduct field visits, identify HR issues, and follow up on corrective actions.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Willingness to travel frequently to field locations as required.
