Job Responsibilities

We're looking for an Entrepreneurial person to join us as Assistant Manager / Manager – Growth. In this role, you'll drive data-led strategies, experiment fast, and unlock new growth opportunities across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with Business Development, Supply Chain, and Operation Teams to empower data-driven decision-making and generate insights, setting growth targets that will help grow the key metrics of the business.
Developing business plans/models and exploring collaboration options with national/ international business entities.
Conducting secondary research, gathering and synthesizing information for different growth models.
Collate data, deep dive, analyze it and construct concise business reports.
Draw insights from data & connect back to business and recommend actionable solutions.
Provide ROI analysis on all different business verticals and sales activities, monitor & draw insights into sales conversion rate, value for money analysis, and revenue models.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline

Experience: 3–4 years in business development, growth, or strategy-related roles

Key Skills:

Strong business mindset with a problem-solving attitude
Knowledge of data analysis (Upper hand if has any core software excellence)
Broad understanding of business functions, growth strategies, and Business Process Optimization
